BARRISTER IFEANYI EJIOFOR IS PLAYING THE SCRIPTS OF THE CALIPHATE-HIS PAY MASTERS.

I am honestly compelled to believe that Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor’s interview is directed by the caliphate and is truly intended to distract us from focusing on the confession of Lady Chinyere Onwunyi about her involvement in the grand conspiracy to kill Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya.

However, I’ll put that aside and address his shameless interview.

Even a blind person can now see that Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor sold his soul to the devil. This evil man in a grand and elaborate conspiracy with others sold our leader Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, sold our freedom and above all, sold their souls to the devil.

IT HAS BECOME CRYSTAL CLEAR THAT
MAZI NNAMDI KANU IS ALL ALONE IN THIS WORLD, AND WE THE PEOPLE OF IDUU ARE ALL HE HAS.

It is also not a coincidence that Ifeanyi Ejiofor’s interview came a couple of hours after the Autopiloters launched the Voice of Biafra, and a few days to the Liasion account, fraudulent fundraising, which the Autopiloters exposed and decimated.

Barrister Ejiofor is devoid of conscience. He has no soul, this man shamelessly lied to our people. This evil man opened his mouth and without shame lied and said that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu directed that we should follow DOS command, in other words Ifeanyi Ejiofor is telling us that MNK said to stop SIT-AT-HOME, stop any form of Civil Disobedience, stop Economic sanctions and that our leader approved the sacking of everybody that said the truth or asked questions. Above all, Ejiofor is shamelessly telling us that our leader approved the killing of civilians and the burning of their homes.

Ifeanyi Ejiofor is telling the people that our leader approved no demonstration in British and Nigeria embassies. That MNK approved the exposing and killing of ESN members who refused to follow Chinasa Nworu’s Command, Control and Kill.

Ifeanyi Ejiofor said that MNK supports peaceful protest, and rallies. In other words our leader condemned the sit at home and any form of civil disobedience aimed at facilitating his own freedom.

THESE EVIL PEOPLE WANT OUR LEADER TO LANGUISH IN DSS DUNGEON UNTIL AFTER THE 2023 ELECTION.

Ejiofor bold face told us that our leader said that we must all listen and follow all the orders given by DOS, our leader did not tell the DOS to follow and comply with his own directives.

Barrister Ejiofor, literally said that MNK endorse whatever DOS is doing, including killing of ESN members, and working the with all his enemies.

Barrister Ifeanyi Ejiofor is basically telling us that MNK was the one that also approved his secret meetings with MNK’s wife, her father, the DOS, Asari Dokubo, Ralph Uwazuruike and all the enemies of MNK.

This shameless man called Barrister Ejiofor is showing off and making reference to his Knight dress , but his “indefatigable client” is yet to get a pillow to lay his head in the DSS dungeon, not to talk of getting another set of voodooed, juju, ritual infested clothings.

This man that sold his soul to the devil for a pot of pottage, who has not been able to get his indefatigable client transferred to Kuje prison is now trying to convince us that our leader will soon be released in order to dampen the resolve of the people.

Even a blind person can clearly see that Barrister Ejiofor is executing the script given to him by the zoo government, south east politicians and Kanunta Cain Kanu to trash the resolve of the people in supporting Mazi Nnamdi Kanu and everything that is being done by the people to achieve the unconditional release of MNK and restoration of our great nation.

SUBJECT: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Fundamental Rights suit fixed for judgment on 19th January, 2022

For the information of the media and the general public, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s Fundamental Rights suit pending before the High Court of Abia State has been set down for judgment on 19th January, 2022.

It will be recalled that the suit was heard and concluded on the merits on 10th December, 2022 before Justice Benson Anya of the High Court of Abia State in Umuahia.

The suit which I initiated on 27th August, 2021 is, among others, seeking the following Reliefs:

1, A DECLARATION that the military invasion of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s home in Abia State in September 2017 by the Nigerian government is illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amounts to infringement of his fundamental rights to life, dignity of his person, his personal liberty and fair hearing as guaranteed under the Nigerian Constitution and the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights.

2, A DECLARATION that the arrest of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya by agents of the Nigerian government without due process of law is arbitrary, illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amounts to infringement of his fundamental rights against arbitrary arrest, to his personal liberty and to fair hearing as guaranteed under the Nigerian Constitution and the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights.

3, A DECLARATION that the torture and detention of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Kenya by agents of the Nigerian government is illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amounts to infringement of the his fundamental rights against torture and to fair hearing, as guaranteed under the Nigerian Constitution and the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights.

4, A DECLARATION that the expulsion of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from Kenya to Nigeria by the Nigerian government and his consequent detention and planned prosecution in Charge No: FHC/ABJ/CR/383/2015 (Federal Republic of Nigeria v. Nnamdi Kanu) is illegal, unlawful, unconstitutional and amount to infringement of his fundamental rights against unlawful expulsion and detention, and to fair hearing, as guaranteed under the Nigerian Constitution and the African Charter on Human and People’s Rights.

5, AN ORDER OF INJUNCTION restraining the Nigerian government from taking any further step in the prosecution of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu in Charge No: FHC/ABJ/CR/383/2015 (Federal Republic of Nigeria v. Nnamdi Kanu) pursuant to his unlawful his expulsion from Kenya to Nigeria.

6, AN ORDER mandating and compelling the the Nigerian government to forthwith release Mazi Nnamdi Kanu from detention and to restore him to his liberty, same being his state of being as of 19th June, 2021; and to thereupon repatriate him to Britain, his country of domicile and citizenship.

7, AN ORDER mandating and compelling the the Nigerian government to issue an official Letter of Apology to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu for the infringement of his fundamental rights and publication of said Letter of Apology in three (3) national dailies.

Subject: Mazi Nnamdi Kanu’s detention condition at the DSS amounts to torture

Our Client, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, has instructed us to make the following information public.

1, That despite a Court order to the contrary, the condition of his detention at the DSS headquarters in Abuja continues to be harsh, degrading and inhumane.
2, That he is solitarily confined to a very tiny cell twenty-three (23) hours of the day without access to sunlight and any social interactions whatsoever. He believes that this is aimed at inflicting extreme emotional and mental distress on him and breaking him psychologically.

3, That any detainee who encounters and greets him during the single hour he is allowed outside his cell is promptly put in solitary confinement or transferred to maximum security as a punishment for exchanging mere greetings with him. Because of this, detainees have resorted to avoiding him and exchanging salutations with him, not to talk of any other form of social interactions.

4, That since the Nigerian government extraordinarily renditioned him, he has not been allowed a change of clothing; and his Jewish prayer shawls and other religious materials brought to him by his Counsel were rejected and returned.

5, That the DSS has refused to replace his corrective glasses (lenses) which were smashed to smithereens by agents of the Nigerian government in the process of the violence they unleashed on him while abducting him in Kenya. This has led to a rapid deterioration of his sight.

6, That he is restricted to meeting with his Counsel in an atmosphere devoid of private discussions with his Counsel; and he is oftentimes denied perusal of legal documentation his Counsel brings to him to review.

7, That he is not allowed to sleep with a pillow and this has led to him developing acid reflux which comes with acute burning sensations in his chest, chest pains and extreme difficulty in swallowing.

8, That on the 17th July 2021, one of his Lawyers (the undersigned Barrister Aloy Ejimakor) was detained and interrogated for hours by the DSS when he came to the DSS on visitation to Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. Mazi Kanu, who witnessed the detention before being led away was very distressed and alarmed by this this incident and he considers it a brazen act of intimidation of his Counsel.

9, That he has, to date, been denied access to the British Consul despite her repeated requests to see him; and on the day of his last court appearance (10th November, 2021), the British Consul who was in Court to observe the proceedings was intimidated by DSS officers, who restricted her from coming close to Mazi Kanu.

10, That, to date, the DSS has denied his repeated requests for an independent medical examination to determine the extent of damage done to his body by a suspected substance he may have been injected with during this abduction and extraordinary rendition. He has reason to believe that the said injected substance is depleting the potassium content of his body, thus causing him constipation, a feeling of skipped heart beats, palpitations, fatigue, muscle weakness/spasms and numbness.

11, That in the circumstance of the forgoing, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu continues to have a persistent and heightened feeling of portent threat to his overall well-being and safety within the DSS facility where he is currently detained.
