Q2 2025 proved that India’s commercial real estate story is still on a growth trajectory.
Here’s what the data revealed 👇

21.4 million sq. ft. of gross leasing volume recorded.
With Bengaluru leading at 23%, followed by Delhi NCR (22%) and Mumbai (18%).

IT-BPM continues to dominate leasing with a 34% share,
while flexible workspace operators captured 18%,
and Engineering & Manufacturing followed with 15%.

Net absorption touched 13.5 msf, up 19% YoY,
driven by strong fresh leasing and pre-leased buildings becoming operational.

New supply hit 12.5 msf, a 53% YoY growth,
