SCAM ALERT TO THE HOME OWNERS!!!
Beware of the scam by this new startup company called LIVVEHOMES!!!!

The company is just for the namesake. It pretends to offer guaranteed long term rent to the prospective home owners who are looking for tenants. They pretend to homeowners/flatowners to rent their flats to them. They say no to deposit but asks to furnish the property before taking on rent. They offer help for the same. Once home owner agrees they ask Rs 2 lakhs to Rs 6 lakhs for the furnishing the flat. Once home owners pays the money they will stop communicating with the owner. The flat is never furnished nor the rent is paid.

The company is operated by Josy Mathew. The company is for the namesake, properly registered, however its only purpose is to convince the homeowners the genuineness of their rental business. In reality there is not a single flat rented by them, nor they pay rent to the homeowners.

He was jailed and currently on bail. He is doing frauds again after coming out of jail. There is enough material available on the internet about his frauds.

He did it earlier with stayyingout.com. He is defrauding people since 2014. The company CEO names are fake. They don't exist.
