1 to 100 dream projects Pvt Ltd, a company which was launched in the year 2019 (September) having its main Corporate office at Nagadevanahalli Bangalore.
The company launched by having a goal of giving world-class services to Its customers to buy their dream properties across Karnataka according to their own choice in terms of location.
Our company 1 to 100 dream project Pvt ltd will be giving each & every necessary information related to the land to the customer so that customer will not be having any misconception about the company or project. We will not be processing any further works before giving clear Information.
The main Terms, conditions and benefits are mentioned below
The unique thing about our company is a customer can select their place where they want their plots across Karnataka. The selected place should be investment friendly, should get government approval, can be able to construct a house/building.
Once you selected & applied for the particular location the company will wait to get 22 other applications on the same Location.
After getting 22 application we will start constructing the layout. Within 90 days you can visit your plots.
Once you submit your application our Tele callers/marketing team will inform about your selected region to the other prospects who might be interested in the same location to buy their property.
Before layout visit, you will be getting the 3D models of the layout in our official website.
Once we get 22 applications in the selected region our company will send an SMS to all applicants who have applied to construct a layout in that particular region. SMS includes plot price, documentations, land details, down-payment details, Bank loan details, EMI details, layout opening date, layout visit etc.,(full information)
The Down-payment will be 30% of the total site cost and the payment mode will be through cheque, NEFT etc,. This will be paid after layout visit and our Company will provide you with the Allotment letter (Agreement) you will only get the documents for down-payments such as a photocopy of the land-related document.
Remaining Legal documents will be given at the time of registration such as mother deed, plan approved copy, related khatha’s etc., (providing all the other necessary documents that are required for your advocates will be our responsibility) once you receive legal documents you can Approach bank Loan.
