Instructions for uses of lock fix P:
will be used when the rods need to insert into existed concrete
Hole preparation and formation:
Step 1:
Optimum performance of lock fix p requires rough sides, dust-free holes. By using a drilling machine for 4” depth holes has to do. The diameter of the hole is always greater than the rod diameter.
Step 2:
The hole has to clean by using air or water hole surface should be dust free.
Step 3:
Now in lock fix pack, you will get two components Base and filler, Base will be powder form and filler will be liquid form.
These two need to mix as shown in the video
Step 4:
Now the whole hole has to fill with above mix
Step 5:
Now rod need to insert very tightly into the hole

The foundation of the structure should be so designed that the soil below does not fail in shear nor there is the excessive settlement of the structure. The conventional method of foundation design is based on the concept of bearing capacity
