Surbacon Development Private Limited - SDPL Surbacon was started in 1991 by Mr. G.K Ravi Kumar who studied Architecture at IIT, Kharagpur. GK Ravi Kumar is an Architect from IIT Kharagpur .

After working abroad for many years he returned to India wanting to build homes that had these characteristics. Prior to starting his own company in 1991, he has designed and executed projects in Calcutta, Vishakapatnam, Malaysia, Indonesia, Tunisia and Northern Ireland. Over 20 years old and based out of Bangalore, Surbacon is committed to delivering aesthetically designed, high quality homes at

reasonable prices. At Surbacon, homes are designed with our target customers in mind .We are willing to make that extra effort to keep our customers happy by offering them a wide array of customizable options for their apartments be it the type of flooring, tiling and even the layout so that each apartment transforms into something unique. We have designed and developed over 8 residential projects in Bangalore and Kochi and have recently commenced construction of our latest luxury residential project ‘Surbacon Maple’ off Sarjapur Road, 1.5 km from the Wipro Campus. He specializes in building spacious, modern, extremely well lit and ventilated homes for upper middle class couples and families. His projects typically have less than 50 apartments , facilitating a sense of privacy, peace and quiet for his buyers. His buyers are varied - young professionals looking for a first home, businessmen looking for investment opportunities and NRIs looking for homes in which they can retire with all the amenities they would find abroad.
