Data Entry: We work on orders to do data entry and upload comparable pictures. To do this, we need MLS sheets for comparables information, tax/mls sheet for subject information and BPO company login information. Our charges are JUST $4.
2. Research & Data entry: If you need us to pull comparables and subject information using your MLS, we will need the BPO Company and MLS login information. To do this, we charge JUST $8.
3. Turn Time: Please be rest assured that all your orders will be completed within 6-12 hrs of receipt of the mail. Post completion of the order, you will get a confirmation through email.
