A project experience usually consists of the following steps:
Conceptual Development
In this phase we meet with our clients to understand their design needs and preferences. Based on our discussion with clients, we make a list of project requirements and present it to them for their approval. After reaching an agreement on the distribution of spaces, we use virtual reality graphics to
help them understand and review various design possibilities.
This process begins early and runs in conjunction with the conceptual design stage. Preliminary designs are developed and presented to the client for approval. Client feedback is sought to further refine the plans. At the end of this stage plans are created for final approval and board submission.
After the plans are finalized the project is analyzed by our estimation team and the final pricing is worked out based on the material specifications of the client. After final agreement, a project time table is developed and presented to clients for their approval. Upon approval, plans are submitted for all required permissions and permits.
In this phase we carry out implementation of all plans ensuring the highest standards of workmanship. We remain committed to following the timetable and keep our clients informed about our progress.
