From the beginning of my life I always wanted to be an Entrepreneur as I have a very straight forward process in back of my head ,but due to some circumstances I entered into the service sector. After my Graduation in the year 2009 I started my career as a HR Recruiter in a small consultancy which was situated in my hometown Bhubaneswar which is also known as the Temple City . Then after working t
here for 1 year and 6 months I decided to pursue my higher education. Then I moved to Pune in the year 2011 to complete my Post Graduation .. And in the year 2013 I passed my PGDM from Indira Institute of Management ,Pune from the single specialization of Marketing after which I joined Eureka Forbes Ltd as a HR Recruiter. After 6 months I was internally transferred to the Marketing team which was totally into BTL Activities(Below the Line ). Initially I was looking after only 1 state and looking up to my efficiency i was promoted as a State Head for 4 State(Odisha, Bihar, Chhattisgarh & Jharkhand) . Within a span of 3 years tenure i was transferred into various internal sectors of Eureka Forbes Ltd i.e. Direct Sales, Channel Partner Sales , Security System Division Sales , Air Purifier Division Sales. Then in the year 2019 i decided to move my career to different sector with some different experience which was really very adventure also ..I Joined Dr Agarwal's Eye Hospital in Bengaluru in Corporate Sales and yes after Pandemic was there.. Do not worry I didn't loose my job .It was a challenge for me learning new Language(Kannada) was a big stuff . After that I joined some Banks which where totally into B2B Sales and by this time i have earned some good friends around . Now I at this point time i have decided to pursue my passion and my dream as an entrepreneur ,then started "ABHI DREAM HOMES"
