Director - Projects & Ex*****on, is Mr. Subash Chinniah, a civil engineer with more than Eighteen years of experience in the construction industry. Before joining Griha, he has been associated with world-renowned companies like Rittal (Germany), L&T, CCC (Consolidated construction consortium), Thomas & Zacharia etc. Director - Administration & Operations, is Mr. He has more than twenty years of experience and has been managing major projects in India as well as abroad. He has been a part of the senior management team of Citicorp, Fiserv, Ocwen etc. GRIHA – PEOPLE
Director – Legal, is Mr. Homi Thomas Mampilly. He is a barrister from England and holds an MBA from there as well. He has worked for amnesty international and the likes, until he yielded to his calling for mother India. He is also the senior associate of Legaapex, a law firm. Director – Sales (overseas), is Mr.Praveen S Alayil. He is a software engineer and co-ordinates the sales activities outside India. GRIHA - PROJECTS
GRIHA SRISHTI – (ongoing) – is a residential complex located behind Manyata Technology Park, off Thanisandra Main Road. It has a total of 20 apartments on five floors , with parking in the basement. The total built up area of Srishti is thirty one thousand square feet. Srishti is expected to be completed in December 2012. GRIHA PRAKRITI – (completed) – is a residential/commercial complex on Hennur road. It has six spacious three bed room apartments in 3 floors, a commercial floor in the ground floor and a basement for parking cars. The total built up area of Prakriti is fifteen thousand square feet. Amarjyothi – (completed) – is an residential apartment complex with twelve apartments. The apartment is located on the border of Embassy golf course and has breath taking views from the bed rooms and balconies. The total built up area of the property is twelve thousand sqft. GRIHA AIRAVATAM – (completed) is a serviced apartment complex, built in Domlur. It has twelve apartments in four floors, and the basement houses a training room, gym, and the back office for the serviced apartment. The terrace houses a restaurant of 24 seats. The back office for “AIRAVATAM” chain of serviced apartments functions from here. The total built up area of airavatam is fourteen thousand square feet. SSPL – (completed) – is a commercial space built on brigade road. Though the structure was not built by Griha, it was completely remodeled and redesigned by Griha and serves as a office cm show room space for the importers of High quality car audio. The ground floor is exclusively used a show room of their products, the second floor is used for their conference room and back office employees, the third floor is used as office space for their ceo and sales heads. GRIHA MANAGEMENT SERVICES – is a separate entity that manages our brand of service apartments called “AIRAVATAM”. It manages properties that are owned by Griha and properties that are leased. Though the company is owned by the same group that owns Griha Developers and Promoters, the owners have set up separate resources, management and infrastructure. The management understands the different talent sets / resources, required for the hospitality sector and have created a separate team.
