Ina India Limited is the flagship project of the group contributing significantly to its annual turnover. It has emerged out as leading producer of Formaldehyde in south India with the production capacity of 370 MT per day. Sai Melamine Crockery is one of the leading manufacturers of crockery. Known for its quality and artistic designs, it is mostly into B2B. Some of the customers include- Big Bazaar, Metro, Spar etc.
• The group forayed into hospitality sector with The Elite chain of hotels. These are budgeted hotels providing elite services at pocket friendly rates to all and not just to the elite few. These hotels are located at the prime locations in the city making connectivity swift and convenient. The Group went ahead and diversified its portfolio by launching The Urban Oasis Spa – a perfect place to rest, relax and rejuvenate. On the other hand, The Sunday Spa is a blend of ancient home grown remedies and cosmopolitan techniques with an oriental touch. The group is among the pioneers to venture into Narasapura – the upcoming industrial hub in the outskirts of Bangalore. Hence the price of real estate in this area has gone up and it is expected to soar higher. The Windmill is a sincere attempt to offer deluxe flats/ apartments at affordable rates.
