Roles and Responsibilities
• Finalization of accounts and preparation of Balance Sheet, P & L Account
• Ensuring compliance to the budgetary plans and conducting variance analysis
• Maintain & review General ledger, site expenses ledger to ensure it shows true & fair view of Books of accounts.
• Liaising with Auditors and Government Departments.
• Liaison with Banks for Bank Guarantees and other routine transactions.
• Ensuring maintenance of proper records as per the audit requirements.
• Monitor statutory compliances of the company - Service tax Deposit and Return, TDS deposit and quarterly Return, GST, Form 61A Return, Filing of IT Return Tax Audit etc.
Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA Accounting & Finance
Experience : 06 - 09 Years in overall accounts
Minimum 5 years in preparation of Balance sheet
Preferred those working in Infrastructure development / Construction / Engineering / Real Estate firms
Area of Expertise
• Finalization & Presentation of Accounts / M.I.S covering balance sheet and profit & loss account of Unit.
• Finalization & Compilation of tax audit report.
• Analysis of financial data including ratio analysis, comparative analysis.
• Preparation of Budget & Monitoring of Actual Exp. against the budget.
• Management of Accounts receivables/ Payables.
• Knowledge and working experience in Corporate Accounts.
• Should have worked in ERP environment.
