Honoured and humbled to be felicitated at the CREDAI Odisha Installation Ceremony for the Leadership Team 2026–2028, held on 29th May at Mayfair, Bhubaneswar.

It was a proud moment to receive this recognition from Hon’ble MLA Shri Babu Singh for my contributions to Odisha’s real estate sector and my continued commitment towards the growth and development of the industry.

As the Secretary of CREDAI Bhubaneswar and a Member of the Executive Body of CREDAI Odisha, I remain dedicated to strengthening the real estate ecosystem through collaboration, transparency, and progressive leadership. My vision extends beyond developing projects—it is about addressing industry challenges, fostering meaningful stakeholder engagement, and building stronger partnerships between the government and the real estate fraternity for the sustainable growth of Odisha.

We’re incredibly proud to share a landmark moment for all of us at Evos Buildcon!

I had the distinct honour of meeting the Hon’ble Governor of Odisha, Dr. Hari Babu Kambhampati, during Odisha’s biggest property expo. It was a privilege to personally invite him to visit the Evos Buildcon stall, where we showcased our flagship project — Alchemy, the tallest residential tower in Odisha.

This moment was especially meaningful, as it gave me the opportunity to present our bold vision and the architectural philosophy that drives us — one that dares to go beyond the conventional and aspires to redefine urban living in our beloved state.
