Real estate is a business of moving parts, sites, schedules, teams, vendors, paperwork, deadlines. Abojit is the one quietly holding it all together. From legal documentation to administrative paperwork, from coordinating with internal teams to smoothing out the everyday friction that comes with a growing organisation, he ensures the wheels keep turning without anyone having to ask twice.

Punctuality is his quiet trademark. He has never once been late, not on an ordinary day, not on a hard one. And he doesn't just hold himself to that standard, he gently encourages his juniors to value time the same way, leading not through instruction but through example.

That's the thing about great administrators. Their best work is invisible, until you imagine a single day without them.
