GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

Registration of plot will be done within two days after receiving the total cost of the plot/plots.
The physical possession will be done before registration of plot.
The company shall not be responsible or liable for any loss or damage due to any act of nature or that of the state.
Registration charges including stamp duty and allied expenses shall borne by the purchaser/purchasers.
Corner plots shall cost 15% extra.
No price escalation after ex*****on of agreement.
In case of cancellation of allotment, the advance amount will be returned within two months after receiving the refund application without any interest.
The purchaser/purchasers are bound to pay the total amount within the stipulated period agreed by both parties otherwise the allotted plot may be changed.
All legal matters are subject to Bhubaneswar Jurisdiction only.
