I have got a lovely independent Villa with swimming pool and whirlpool bath for rent in Candolim walking distance to the beach and amenities ...
- 5 bedrooms with A/C and balconies
- Office/guest bedroom attached to house with separate entrance
- Kitchen The living room balcony has a Dinning table and chairs which over looks the swimming pool and a computer table work space. There is an A/C in the master bedroom with a large wardrobe and safe. The living room has a sofa-bed, TV and an A/C also. The Kitchen has a hot plate, electric kettle, a fridge, cutlery and crockery. There is a Super Market, Bank/ATM, Pharmacy, Bus Stop, Taxi Stand, Bike/Car Hire, to the front of the Apartment complex. There is Fine Dinning, Good Amenities, Good Night life Pubs/Clubs and Good Transport links within a stones' throw. The Apartment complex is suited on the main Calangute to Sinquerim road which is very well lit and very safe to walk around at nights. There is lots of parking all around the apartment. The Beach is situated across the road within 5 minutes walking distance to of the quietest areas on this stretch of Calangute/candolim beach. This is one one of the few spots where hoards of tourists don't descend upon (please keep this a secret). A kind of Bohemia crowd hangs out here. Every evening a group of westerners and Goans play drums and dance at sunset on the beach. Restaurants serving all kind of food from North Indian, South India through the day, to Local Goan and some Fine Dinning teamed restaurants. The shacks also serve good food and drink in the season time, although there are a couple open all year round. The big clubs and hangouts are not far away.
