Dona Alcina Flat Owners Association Our goal is to create a comfortable and safe environment for all residents of our residential complex

Objectives of the association

-The "Dona Alcina flat owners association,Candolim-Goa" is an association formed fot the purpose of protection of the interest of all members of the association.

-To maintain general cleanliness of the buildings

-To achieve effective lighting of the buildings and surrounding areas

-To sort out the problem of garbage, cleanliness, water and and other common ameni

ties of the buildings.

-To eliminate the problem of dog, cattle and other animal nuisance, faced by the members

-To deal with the problem of water and power shortage, when the need arises.

-To maintain the parking space and illuminate the same and take steps to prevent trespassers from using and misusing the same.

🛠️ The recent work of fixing the pillar at the entrance of Dona Alcina has truly transformed it's appearance. Previously, the pillar looked worn out and in dire need of repair, giving a rather shabby look to the entrance. However, with the recent repairs, the pillar now stands tall and sturdy, enhancing the overall aesthetics of Dona Alcina.

✨ Looking ahead, our plans include painting the entrance after the monsoon season. This upcoming renovation project aims to further elevate the charm and appeal of Dona Alcina, creating a welcoming and vibrant atmosphere for residents and visitors alike.
