Builder delays the property name change / Electricity name change for many years. He links maintenance charges for subsequent years.

Buyer may have to borne the property tax amount from year 2018? He asks owner to make payment first and promises falsely that he refunds it soon?

Electricity Name change not done for many flats even after 4 years of time from purchase date & full payment done.

Sewage water pumped out to the neighboring land, creates foul smell and unhealthy living. Check backside of building and complaints filed by residents with Municipality & Kanchipuram District Collector.

So far Maintenance charged at Rs.2.00 per Sq.Ft. Expense statement never disclosed for past years.

Check whether Maintenance starts from date of booking instead of handover date?

Dispute in car parking allotment. No "first come, first serve" basis followed. Parking spaces not painted.

Underrated generator set installed in block 2?
