Dear Members,
Warm Greetings from EC team 2022-23 of CREAA.
At the outset, would like to thank you all for your participation with family members @ Radisson Blu, Egmore, Chennai on 02nd April 2023.
The highlight of the programme was having all the past presidents who had with their family and attend the program in full.
We missed having Mr. Azeem Ahmed & Mr. Ishaq Anwar who couldn’t attend due to Ramzan.
The program started with National Anthem & CREAA Pledge by vice President Mr,Yaser Rahman and a welcome note by our President Mr. Joseph.
The evening was lit up with a dance programme by Illusions. Started with Ganesh Vandhana & later on with some pep numbers by troupe including a Solo dance by Ms. Kristina Susanna also from Illusions with an interesting backdrop.
The highlight of the programme was a stand-up comedy by Mr. Booskey who not only made members laugh but also touched upon the principles of positive thinking and adapting to the environment as it unfolds.
Our President Mr. Joseph Jose honored the founder president Mr. Suresh Reddy Mumbai and past president Mr.M.M. Ahmed Moheedeen.
Our Secretary Mr. Srikanth honored Mr.Jayant Hemdev & Mr.Bhadresh Mehta.
Treasurer Mr. Rufus Christo honored Mr. Sohail Sarooshi and Mr. Rajesh Dave & our vice President Mr. Yasser Rahman honored our immediate past president Mr.S.S. Mehta.
The President also gave mementos of appreciation to all the office bearers as well to the EC members of 2022-23 Mr. Deepak Punwani, Mr. Saleem Sha, Mr. S.S.Sriram, Ms. Indira Gautham, Ms. Praneetha & thanked them for all their support and cooperation.
Mr. Suresh Reddy recalled how CREAA was started in Raheja’s office & appreciated all the committee members who all started CREAA in 1999 as a registered Association of realtors.
He said, the potential of real estate industry is so huge that, there is scope for growth in the future.
Ms.Manju Malini – MC interacted well through fun games with all the members present in the dais as well as in the hall.
A cake was cut to facilitate the completion of 24 years of CREAA.
The Secretary highlighted the networking ability of CREAA members all along. He emphasized the fact that efficiency & transparency among CREAA members in their interaction helped CREAA sustaining the multifold growth with which realty industry is progressing.
On behalf of EC, he thanked all the various groups involved in providing such a lively entertainment to all the members.

The members joined for cocktail dinner & some members continued their dancing.
On behalf of President Mr.Joseph & the EC committee of CREAA 2022-23 would like to thank all the members for having participated in the programme with so much of enthusiasm.
Indeed, a memorable day for CREAA.
