• S.I.S SAFAA phase- I in Urapakkam ,Chennai consisting of 256 lifestyle defining apartments won an award ‘Best Architecture (Multiple Units)’ award from ‘Asia Pacific Residential Property Awards’ in association with Bloomberg Television.
• S.I.S ACROPOLE, Phase- I a truly magnificent project themed on Greek style architecture is a small city on its own with 680 Lifestyle defining apartments and a 20,000 Sq.ft of dedicated club house , first of its kind ever attempted for its sheer grandeur and the amenities provided.
