SPECIFICATIONS
DOOR : Teak wood frame and teak wood doors for entrance. Well-seasoned wooden frames and commercial ply flush for other doors all bedroom doors shall have enamel paint.
WINDOWS : UPVC windows with M.S iron grill will be provided for each window.
FLOORING : Vitrified tiles flooring at LIVING, DINING, BEDROOMS, KITCHEN and balcony. Antiskid ceramic tiles at utility toilets.
PLUMBING : Closet, washbasin and taps from parry ware or equivalent company.
SANITARY : Standard CP fitting with one Indian one western.
KITCHEN : polished granite slab for the kitchen platform top, fitted with single bowl stainless steel sink, ceramic tiles to a height of 2` one loft along with a cudappah shelf. One tap for well water.
PAINTING : Interior walls will be finished with birla patty and two coats Asian paint exterior with two costs of external emulsion paints.
WATER : One overhead water tank with separation for corporation water and well storage.
ELECTRICAL : All internal circuit in PVC tube with ISI mark ISI mark quality wiring will be used for the entire building orbit cables with anchor switches television/telephone points in living and master bedroom 15 AMPS switched for A/C point in all bedrooms adequate light, fan and power points All flats will have 3phase connection with independent meters.
