We worked on this residential school project tirelessly over three phases and fully commissioned in 2015.

Situated in the hinterlands of UP in Sitapur district, this school is a very noble venture by philanthropists to educate and groom bright young minds from under privileged rural backgrounds.

The design of this 26 acres campus is extremely child centric while being conscious of the local environment. The entire development blends in seamlessly within the rural backdrop.

The project brief includes every aspect required in a residential school with an equal focus on sports and other extra curricular activities.

The clock tower atop the admin block has this stoic and commanding presence over the entire campus and the surrounding areas.

An extremely satisfying mission complete.

“The Velveteen Rabbit” is a pub designed by us in an upmarket locality in Chennai. It hits all the sweet spots and is a hip and happening place with lively music and a great ambience for the perfect evening.
It draws inspiration and is styled on a British children’s book by the same name.
We have used a lot of metal, unfinished wood, exposed brick and concrete pendant lights on loose messy wiring giving it a rustic and industrial appeal.
