Roles and Responsibilities
• Planning digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO/SEM, email, social media and display advertising
• Manage, optimize and grow performance channels - Facebook/Instagram, Google, Real Estate Portals, etc.
• Manage marketing budget and drive marketing plan, growth, and strategy.
• Test and launch new channels - set direction for new channels to ensure growth while maintaining broader business needs
• Lead company relationships for all marketing needs including media/creative/PR with attractive content generation and Blogs etc.
• Develop roadmaps for channel optimization, influencer plans, creative testing, and audience expansion across channels to ensure growth targets are met.
• Set up SMS, WhatsApp, email campaigns and other levers to improve marketing RoI.
• Stay involved in the day-to-day operations including campaign structure, bidding, performance optimization.
• Track campaign performance to optimize campaigns and improve RoAS
• Coordinate with Creative designers and Web Developers
Desired Candidates Profile
• Should have experience/knowledge on lead generation & management
• Hands-on experience in all formats of digital marketing and SEO/ SEM.
• Candidate must have experience in planning campaigns - content, creative, targeting, and measuring campaign performance
• Must have worked for both market places and D2C / brand website
• Experience in 360-degree marketing & marketing automation platforms
Description:
• Assist in the formulation of online marketing strategies to build a stellar digital presence.
• Plan, build and monitor the brand presence on various social media channels like Google, Facebook and other platforms.
• Launch optimized online adverts and social media campaigns through Google AdWords, Facebook etc. to help build brand awareness.
• Drive On-Page and Off-Page SEO initiatives.
• Prepare promotional emailers, online newsletters and organize their distribution through various channels.
• Collaborate with designers to create a great online experience.
• Measure the performance of digital marketing initiatives using a variety of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, NetInsisght, WebTrends, etc.)
• Tracking KPIs such as impressions and shares on social media channels, search channels and open and click-through rates in email campaigns.
• Acquire insights around the latest online marketing trends and strategies.
