In the city, you flip a switch and never ask where the power comes from. In the hills, that switch is the end of a story that started with engineers mapping terrain, laying fiber optic lines by hand, and burying power cables deep enough to survive a monsoon.

Coonoor Estates didn’t inherit infrastructure. It was built, decision by decision, for ground that doesn’t forgive shortcuts.
