Q. Which area is most suitable for buying a plot in Dehradun, considering that it will be another 5 to 8 years before settle down there?
According to me it should be 10 to 12 KM from main Dehradun city with good connectivity… Near River , Mountain , Forest or any natural resources i mean anywhere near city which will give you peace and where you can build your dream house/ Resort/Villa in low budget cost, as the price will hike in coming 5–6 years in 3 to 4 times of land for sure as per my past experiences.
You should invest where currently land cost is cheap (6000 to 7000/Per Sq.Yard (never find below this price) And can't expect to get the same price after 2019, As Its tough to commit anyone about the future land cost will be same after development of smart city !
It's a good time to buy a land in Dehradun so that you can buy huge land within your approximate budget and spend money to decorate your dream sweet home , huge lawn area , rooftop garden, swimming pool, pet area etc...
If don't want to build a home then you can re-sale your land in 3 times up price after 5–6 years in any area which will be develop in coming years.
If you have any query related to Investment in Dehradun , I will be happy to help you.
