Located at a serene location in village Doonga, 8 kms off Chakrata road (NH-72), at an altitude of approx 2400 ft, far from the city crowd, yet well connected, situated on the upcoming 'Mussoorie Bye-Pass Road'.Which when completed, shall shorten the distance to Mussoorie to only 18 kms from the Pristine greens. The city centre - Clock Tower, Railway Station and Inter State Bus Terminal are just 30 minutes drive whereas, the Jolly Grant airport is about an hour's drive. Wadhwa is a Management & Marketing Professional who took early retirement from the position of Vice President-Corporate Marketing with a large group of industries. He has over 33 years of experience, out of which 17 years in top Management positions in Corporate Sector. Goel, is a renowned Architect, with 26 years of experience in designing and executing construction projects and has handled big construction projects in North India, including Delhi, Noida and Dehradun. So it is indeed a good synergy of our core competence, enabling us to manage the company professionally following business ethics. Our company has so far focused on buying and creating a land bank-to be developed in phases. We have two running projects. Pristine Greens has been concluded, it is a gated campus of 5 luxury Villas in a place which has unique advantage of natural beauty, located in foothills at an altitude of 3400 feet. The Villas are ready for possession. One more residential project is under way, namely - Pondha Valley Homes and two are in the pipeline - Horizon II and Horizon III as we like to call our upcoming projects. All our projects have sites sitting in the lap of Nature in hills, far from the city life yet well connected to the city. This, in nutshell, is where we come from.
