We are pleased to announce that today on 18th February 2022, Oberoi Apartments Owners Association, Civil Lines has been awarded as winner in Swachh Survekshan 2022 for 2nd consecutive year, conducted by North Delhi Municipal Corporation.

We have been awarded certificate of appreciation for outstanding performance in Residence Welfare Association category in the city by Mr. Rajesh Goel, Honorable Deputy Commissioner, City SP Zone.

We are extremely thankful to NDMC for this recognition which is first time in the history of Oberoi at Curzon House, Civil Lines. We are also thankful to every OA resident & our support staff, for their contribution which helped us in achieving this milestone for second consecutive year. This achievement would have not been possible without support of everyone of you.

MC is indeed committed towards betterment of complex and its residents.
