About the Role
Mega Marketing is looking for dynamic, result-oriented, and self-motivated Real Estate Business Development Managers to expand our real estate network and generate business opportunities. Key Responsibilities
✅ Generate and convert property leads through personal networking, referrals, digital marketing, and field activities.
✅ Build strong relationships with property buyers, investors, channel partners, and developers.
✅ Identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
✅ Conduct client meetings, site visits, and property presentations.
✅ Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
✅ Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and investment opportunities.
✅ Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing clients.
✅ Prepare business reports and sales performance updates.
Desired Candidate Profile
✔ Experience in Real Estate Sales, Business Development, Channel Sales, or Lead Generation.
✔ Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
✔ Knowledge of Delhi-NCR real estate market will be an added advantage.
✔ Freshers with excellent communication skills and learning attitude may also apply.
✔ Bachelor's Degree preferred but not mandatory for experienced candidates.
