This group has cheated and defrauded alot of innocent investors who put their all hard earned money in their project and the same was shattered by this group. The sole intention was to extort out the hard earned money of the investors. I am also one of the victim and have initiated a criminal complaint against the Company as well as the Directors. I request all the investors to not to pay any money to the Company or the Directors as they have no intention of completing and delivering the project to any of the innocent investors.

The chairman, vice chairman, managing director and joint managing director of Gold Souk Group of real estate were booked under charge of cheating and criminal beach of trust. FIR has been lodged by the police on the complaint of investors, those have alleged that the group has taken money in 2011 from them with agreement that they would build them commercial market. However they did not build market till now and have cheated them. Following the complaint the Police have registered a case under Section 420 (Cheating), 406 (Criminal Breach of Trust) and 120B (Punishment for Criminal Conspiracy) of IPC against the Chairman Surendra Gupta, Vice Chairman Ashish Gupta, Managing Director Amit Gupta and Joint Managing Director Gaurav Gupta
