The building is about 800 meters inside from the main road have residential little narrow street so why we have price accordingly budget friendly so please keep in mind that , which is a good thing for some who like peace and quite and maybe a boring aspect for some who like the hustle bustle of a crowded city like Delhi.
This Flat is part of our 4 story building with 16 Flat Apartment having my own residence at Top Floor and this 2 BHK flat available at upper ground floor. The guests have independent access and exclusive usage to all facilities except lift.
Entire 2Bhk Flat is ur with its own fully equipped ensuite kitchennete, bathroom with basic toiletries like hand wash. Guests are encouraged to use their own preferred brand of shampoo and body wash to avoid skin reactions. Local grocery shops down the lane have a variety of the same.
A 20Lt jar of filtered water is provided on each checkin and guests can order a refill also available on demand @ free.
The kitchen is also equipped with a LPG cylinder which is generally sufficient for a 30-40 day stay, for any refills, guests can ask for a refill @ free.
