Pranav Kapur - Pranav is a qualified Chartered Accountant from India and finished his MBA from INSEAD in 2012. He is also an alumni of The Doon School. He has experience working in private equity in the Indian and Asian markets with special focus on Hospitality and real estate industries. He has in depth knowledge of the real estate market in India and guides CREM towards fulfilling their ethos and mission. He leads the team in Delhi. Sameer Chawla - Sameer seeded CREM and provides the necessary mentorship to the Leadership team. He is a seasoned professional and brings more than 18 years of experience in real estate investing and over 14 years of professional experience with world class organisations like JP Morgan and Lucent Technologies. He is currently based in Singapore and works for an India focused PE fund. Sameer earned his Masters in Business Administration from INSEAD. He is a Chartered Accountant in India and a Certified Public Accountant in the USA.
