TruHomz.Com is an initiative by Public Welfare Housing Organisation (PWHO) for promoting and providing reasonable and sustainable housing to the society. Builders spend huge sums of money in marketing their projects to the public and the advertisement and media agencies prosper while the customer has to bear the burden by paying more premiums to acquire their homes. The broker lobby also charges huge commissions these days (sometimes up to 15-20%) for sourcing sales for builders. They generally convert a small margin from these commissions as discounts for clients but the client ends up bearing all these unnecessary expenses and thus the prices of homes remain expensive to the general public. We at PWHO have taken an initiative to convert all these unnecessary costs of the developers as public interest offers and benefit the home buyers so that they are able to find reasonable homes through our schemes.
