They can nearly always be manipulated--for good or ill--if only you find the right levers.Incentives are not strategy, they are tactics. Defensive measures.-- WE DON'T GIVE OUR CUSTOMERS THOSE BECAUSE WE PROMISE TO GIVE THEM THE BEST....ALWAYS!
