Why
It's a three letter word but carries an immense value in today's world of Economy, customer retention, relation and technology driven attitude towards the modern day scenario.
Lets explain the why-
Every organisation has an aura created by the organization's purpose to employees, customers and stakeholders. This aura can only permeate if there is action and not just empty words. So the first and foremost is action. Action is more advocacy. To advocate for love and a tribe, it is more of standing for particular groups, they are wired to fight together. It gives a purpose to WHY YOU ? You’ll decide you don’t like the taste of injustice, not for you and not for anyone, and you’ll understand that even though all the battles can’t be won, that doesn’t mean you won’t fight. This is Action.
The second important factor on which the why factor is based -
Creativity. To explain it we consider that people don't appreciate what you do or how you do it, people buy it because why you do it, This why is all about how creative you are which makes you stand out. The second archetype in why factor is Creativity. The goal is to create and help others by reinventing a broken system and striving to help others break away from bo***ge. Brands with The creative archetype are motivated to do things differently, leading others to a better place.
The Why factor again commemorates, Purpose of relentless service. It all about service to individual, service to community , service to nation, service to the Global causes. But purpose of why is certainly not just a marketing issue or positioning of your brand image. Purpose should impact every aspect of the firm,this is termed as conscious capitalism.
