Experience: 3-5 Years in Real Estate Sales
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Qualification: Understand the needs and preferences of potential buyers to gauge their interest and potential.
2. Engagement: Foster positive relationships through effective communication via phone, email, and in-person meetings.
3. Product Knowledge: Deep dive into the unique features of Royalnest Dharamshala to effectively convey its value proposition.
4. Site Visits: Coordinate and conduct immersive site visits, showcasing the project and its amenities.
5. Sales Pitch: Craft and deliver compelling presentations, addressing buyer inquiries and concerns.
6. Follow-up: Keep leads engaged with regular updates on project developments, special offers, and relevant information.
7. Negotiation: Skillfully handle price negotiations, provide detailed pricing information, and facilitate deal closures.
8. Documentation: Assist buyers with the necessary paperwork and documentation essential for the purchase process.
9. Sales Targets: Exceed sales targets to contribute to the success of the Royalnest Dharamshala project.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven track record of 3-5 years in real estate sales or a similar role.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and Dharamshala area is a plus.
