Initial Impressions:
After eagerly awaiting the arrival of my new , I was excited to try them out. The product promises impressive features such as 45dB Hybrid ANC, Bombastic Bass with 12.4 mm drivers, a quick charge of 10 minutes for 20 hours of music, and a total battery life of 28 hours.
Experience:
Upon using the earphones, I listened to a variety of music and sounds to test their quality. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the performance. The sound quality was subpar, nowhere near what was described. It felt like the product was worth no more than ₹99 rather than the ₹2,299 I had paid.
Customer Support Interaction:
Determined to return the product, I contacted Amazon customer support. Initially, they were attentive and raised a complaint for me. However, when I followed up after three days, I was told that I had received the original product and that they could not assist with a return.
I requested that they test the product I received, but the support representative disconnected the call. The same dismissive attitude was encountered during a chat session where they outright refused to discuss the quality of the product. The customer support team was rude, making me feel like they were aware of the issue but unwilling to address it.
Conclusion:
This experience has been incredibly frustrating. The OnePlus Bullets Wireless Z2 earphones did not meet my expectations in terms of sound quality, and the customer service from Amazon was disappointing and unhelpful. I would not recommend this product to anyone. Save your money and avoid purchasing these earphones for ₹2,299. This has been my first and worst experience with Amazon, and I did not expect such poor service from them.
Advice:
To anyone considering buying this product, I urge you to reconsider. The sound quality is not worth the price, and the customer service experience leaves much to be desired. Save your money and look for better options elsewhere.
My brother has purchased one from the store and the sound quality is awesome that means I assuming that they are sending the first copy product and making money because I read reviews after this incident and I was shocked that already people complained about the same. I advise you not to buy this kind of product from AAmazon India Visit any store like or or else and purchase from there.
