JOB DESCRIPTION –
WALK-IN INTERVIEW (Day Shift!)
REQUIRED QUALIFICATION & SKILLS
1. Graduation in any relevant stream.
2. Person from Real Estate Back ground will be preferred
3. Property Dealers/ Agents who like to enhance earning through team
4. House wife, Retired Persons, LIC Agents, Persons from Finance Back Ground, Mutual Fund/ Professionals/
5. Must have good verbal and written communication skills in English & Hindi.
6. Must have skills of a leader for making things done with and through others.
7. Must have competence of hiring and developing employees so that they become more valuable to the organization.
WORK PROFILE: -
This is a non target and Office cm field work job.
Developing your own team to generate more business on multilevel
Responsible for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.
Liaising between customers and the company for up-to-date status of service, pricing and new product release launches.
Collecting customer feedback and market research.
Keeping up to date with products and competitors.
Developing sales strategies
Compiling and analysing sales figures.
