Last week Greater Noida increased their circle rates for residential, industrial and housing schemes, today Noida authority increased their circle rates for all (Residential,industrial & group Housing Plots), Now it is a turn of Yamuna Authority, it will increase their circle rates any time, normally all three authority increases their circle rates in 15-25 days, two has increased, yamuna authority can increase any time, good time to buy now otherwise it will be too late and out of reach.

Yamuna expressway is coming in big way.
(1) Disneyland have asked 500 Acre land from yamuna authority.
(2) Universal Studio and Fox representative shown interest to acquire land and soon meet with yamuna authority CEO Arunvir ji.
(3) Film city is expected to start any time, KC Bokadia have shown interest in 250 Acre land to start, so many film fertinity have shown interest in film city, Rajnikant,Rajpal yadav,Akshay Kumar, Salma Agha and many more.
(4) Around 12 data centre and 15 five star hotels are coming in Noida expressway,Greater Noida and yamuna expressway.
(5)Greater Noida is acquiring 1500 Hectare land to develop new tech zone area and allot to industries.
(6)Noida and adjoining area is green ,Planned and have good open areas.
(7) Metro, pod, bus and other transport services are developing very fast now.
(8)There are so many cluster of industries in Yamuna expressway Like toy, textile, medical all are set seperately.
(9) see Sec-18,20 & 22D as a new Vasant vihar after 15 years from now. Big houses, greenery and big roads.

Those who are buying properties in Noida Expressway ,Greater Noida and at Yamuna expressway will get good return in coming years due to Jewer Airport and film city,they have done double their invested money and some have done triple their invested money.☺️ Wait and get 5-times money in next five years.Do not forget Jewer Airport is biggest airport and it is completed by Swiss Company(which will bring every thing here- latest technology and infrastructure).

* Metro Planned to Connect Jewar Airport with Delhi Airport, DPR in Progress

In a recent development, Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) has submitted a proposal to the Yamuna Authority over a direct metro between Greater Noida and New Delhi Railway Station. This metro will be a 37 Km long stretch. The meeting was held to connect the Delhi International Airport with Greater Noida. Both Yamuna Authority and DMRC have entered into an agreement to develop the Detailed Project Report (DPR).
In addition to this, a separate line from Knowledge Park Metro Station to the New Delhi Metro station is also planned. The DPR of this line is already prepared by the DMRC. This line will join Jewar Airport (Jewar International Airport) with that of New Delhi International Airport via New Delhi.
