इस तरह की न्यूज पहले भी आती रही है, लेकिन इतने सालों बाद भी सोसाइटी के कंप्लीशन सर्टिफिकेट न लेने वाले बिल्डरों पर gdagzb के द्वारा क्या कार्यवाही की गई है ओर CC प्राप्त करने के लिए क्या समय सीमा निर्धारित की गई है नही बताया गया है?
क्रासिंग में अधिकांश सोसाइटीयों को बने 10 साल से ऊपर हो चुके है लेकिन उसके बाद भी काफी सोसाइटीयां अंडर कंस्ट्रक्शन है सोचने वाली बात है उसके बाद भी बिना CC कंप्लीशन सर्टिफिकेट और OC ऑक्यूपेशन सर्टिफिकेट के सारे काम हो रहे है।
