The Beginning of My Job Life
My name is Amrit Mondal.
My job life journey started in August 2019. At that time, I was very young and full of dreams, but my situation was not very strong. I wanted to do something in life, become independent, and support my family.
My first job was as an assistant pharmacist in Itanagar.
The salary was very low, but for me, that job was very important because it was the first step of my real life journey.
Living in a new place was not easy.
New people, new environment, and many responsibilities. Sometimes I felt lonely, sometimes I felt confused about my future. But inside my heart, I always believed that one day my life would change.
After two months of my job, something happened that changed my life.
I met a girl from the local area, and slowly we started talking. At first it was normal conversation, but day by day we became closer.
On 11 December 2019, at around 11 PM, she proposed me.
That night became one of the most memorable moments of my life. My salary was very low, my life was not stable, but my feelings were true.
That was the time when my real life journey started —
Job, love, struggle, and dreams… everything together.
Love, Struggle and Low Salary Life
After her proposed on 11 December 2019, our relationship started growing slowly.
Life was not easy at that time. My salary was very low, and I was working as an assistant pharmacist in Itanagar. Every month I had to manage my room rent, food, and daily expenses with very little money.
Sometimes I felt stressed, sometimes I felt tired, but talking to her made me happy.
She became a very important part of my life. Even after a long working day, I waited for night so that I could talk to her.
Days were passing, and our relationship was becoming stronger.
But with love, responsibility also started increasing. I started thinking about my future seriously. I knew that with this small salary, I could not build the life I wanted.
Inside my mind, one question always came —
“Will I be able to become successful in life?”
There were many problems, many tensions, but I never told everything to anyone.
Outside I looked normal, but inside I was fighting with my own thoughts every day.
That time taught me one big lesson —
Life does not change in one day, but struggle starts in one day.
I did not know what would happen next,
but my journey was slowly moving towards a big change.
Problems, Distance and Life Pressure
Life was moving forward, but slowly problems also started coming into my life.
My job was still the same, salary was still low, and responsibilities were increasing day by day. From outside everything looked normal, but inside my mind there was always tension about the future.
My relationship was going on, but distance and life pressure started affecting it.
Sometimes we had misunderstandings, sometimes small fights, and sometimes silence. I was busy with work, and she also had her own life. Because of this, the communication between us slowly became less.
At that time, I started feeling that life is not as easy as I thought before.
Love needs time, job needs effort, and life needs money.
Without money and stability, everything becomes difficult.
Many nights I stayed awake thinking about my future.
I asked myself again and again —
“What am I doing in life?”
“Will I always do a small job?”
“Will I ever become successful?”
Those questions were hurting me, but they also made me stronger.
That time of my life was full of pressure —
Job pressure, relationship pressure, family expectations, and my own dreams.
But one thing inside me never died —
The desire to do something big in life.
I decided that one day I will not stay in this same position.
One day I will change my life with my own hard work.
And maybe that decision was the turning point of my life…
Leaving Job and Entering Real Struggle Life
Life does not stay the same forever.
After going through so much pressure in my job life, one time came when I started feeling that this job was not my final destination. I was working hard every day, but still I was not satisfied with my life.
Slowly, situations became more difficult.
Low salary, future tension, and personal problems made my mind very heavy. I started thinking that if I continue like this, my life will never change.
Finally, I took one of the hardest decisions of my life —
I decided to leave the job.
Leaving the job was not easy, because I did not have any strong backup plan.
No big savings, no secure future, nothing.
But inside my heart, one voice was saying —
“If you want a different life, you have to take a risk.”
After leaving the job, I came back home.
That time was one of the most confusing periods of my life.
Some people supported me, but some people also doubted me.
Many people thought that I made a mistake.
Days were passing, but I did not want to go back to the same small job life again.
I wanted to do something of my own.
That was the time when business thoughts started coming into my mind.
I did not know how, I did not know when, but I was sure about one thing —
One day I will build something big with my own name.
That dream later became the reason for my next journey…
And that journey was the beginning of

The Idea of DUAR CARE SERVICE
After leaving my job, life became more challenging than before.
Every day I was thinking about what to do next. I did not want to go back to the same small salary job again. I wanted to do something of my own, something that could give me a different identity.
Those days were full of confusion.
Sometimes I felt motivated, sometimes I felt lost.
Money was limited, support was limited, but my dreams were big.
One day, a simple thought came into my mind —
Why not start my own service business?
At first, the idea was very small.
I was thinking about doing cleaning work, helping people with daily service, and earning money honestly. I knew the work was not easy, but I was ready to do anything to change my life.
Slowly, that small idea became a plan.
And that plan became the beginning of my own service —
DUAR CARE SERVICE.
Starting was not easy at all.
No big investment, no office, no workers, nothing.
Only one thing I had — belief in myself.
In the beginning, there were very few customers.
Some days there was work, some days there was no work.
Sometimes I felt that maybe people will not trust a new service like this.
But I did not stop.
Day by day, I started learning —
How to talk with customers,
How to manage work,
How to promote my service,
How to stay strong even when results are slow.
My first few customers were very important for me.
Because they gave me confidence that I can do something in life.
That small start later became my biggest hope.
And I promised myself —
One day DUAR CARE SERVICE will become a big name.
My job life gave me experience,
but my business life gave me real struggle…
and real courage.
Hard Time, No Customers, No Money, But No Give Up
Starting DUAR CARE SERVICE was easy in words, but very hard in real life.
In the beginning, there were very few customers. Some days I had work, but many days there was no work at all.
Money problem started again.
I had to think before spending even a small amount.
Sometimes I felt tension about my future, sometimes I felt that maybe I made the wrong decision by leaving my job.
People around me started asking questions —
“What are you doing now?”
“Is this work stable?”
“Why did you leave your job?”
Those questions hurt me, but I did not show my pain to anyone.
There were also personal problems going on in my life.
Relationship pressure, life pressure, and financial problems together made my mind very heavy.
Many nights I could not sleep properly.
I kept thinking how to make my life better.
But one thing I never did —
I never gave up.
Slowly I understood that in today’s world, without promotion, no business can grow.
So I started using social media to promote my service.
I started posting about my work, my service, my offers, and my daily struggle.
At first, very few people noticed.
But I continued posting again and again without stopping.
Days passed…
Weeks passed…
Then slowly people started knowing the name —

First few regular customers came.
Then more calls started coming.
And for the first time, I felt that my hard work was not going to waste.
That time I understood one thing —
Success comes late, but it comes only to those who don’t stop.
My journey was still not easy,
but now I was stronger than before.
And deep inside my heart, one dream became very clear —
One day I will make DUAR CARE SERVICE a big company.
Dream to Build a Big Company
After going through so many struggles in my job life and business life, I became a different person.
Life taught me many lessons — about work, about people, about love, and about myself.
Today, DUAR CARE SERVICE is still growing, but my dream is much bigger than this.
I don’t want to stop here.
I don’t want to live a normal life only doing small work.
Inside my mind, I always see a bigger future.
My dream is to build DUAR CARE SERVICE as a big company.
Not only in one place, but in many places.
I want to create a service network where many people can get work, and many customers can get help easily.
I know this journey will not be easy.
There will be more problems, more tension, more challenges.
But now I am not afraid of struggle, because struggle is the thing that made me strong.
In the next 5 years, I want to see DUAR CARE SERVICE as a known name.
A brand that people trust.
A company that started from zero but reached success with hard work.
My job life taught me discipline.
My hard time taught me patience.
My business life taught me courage.
And my story is not finished yet…
This is only the beginning.
One day, when people see my success,
they will not see the struggle behind it.
But I know every step, every pain, every sleepless night that made me who I am today.
This is my journey.
