HAWELIA GROUP HAWELIA, a flagship group, founded about 3 decades back, is a leading player in the field of real es Hawelia Group was founded by Mr.

Rattan Hawelia in the year 1988, with an initial brand name of “Hawelia Properties”. Period 1988-2001: Hawelia Properties was involved in developing and marketing of independent low budget flats and homes in Ghaziabad area. Period 2002-2009: Adopted the brand name “Hawelia Builders” and diversified the scope of business to East Delhi area with developing high-end luxurious bungalows and builder floor apartments. The group delivered about 30 such projects during this period including the famous addresses like Nirmal Chhaya in Anand Vihar, Delhi and Royal Apartment in Surya Nagar, Ghaziabad.

2010 onwards: Launched their first group housing project VALENCIA HOMES having 1080 units (approx) spread across 6.5 acres in Greater Noida (W) (popularly known as Noida Extension) in August 2010. Launched HAWELIA VALENOVA PARK a luxury housing having 550 units (approx) spread across 4 acres in Greater Noida (W) in April 2013.
