The ideal candidate will be responsible as "Associate-Real Estate" or "Affiliate Marketer" to self, and works as digital marketing staff, works as part-time (work from home/mobile/laptop) with their own mobile/laptop, uses their existing internet, social media network and their own valuable time.
She/he himself is a "manager", Be Your Own Boss; plan your strategy/aim to achieve monthly/weekly targets/goals with their own financial planning. Responsibilities
Getting genuine buyers/clients for Real estate projects, register them in online portal.
Generation of Leads from Organic campaigns only (No Paid Ads).
Maneuver digital marketing campaigns/free ads, free posting Facebook/Instagram ads, through all areas of the projects which is listed by the company.
Clearly understand and implement digital marketing campaigns which fit client needs
Post free ads in Facebook marketplace, Facebook real estate related groups, Facebook business page
Create your own "Brand" - Create page and Instagram Page for Your "Brand" & Promote real estate through your "Brand".
Post Instagram ads
Share real estate properties within your own network, family friends, in your old friends WhatsApp groups, family network
WhatsApp groups.
Grow team network under your down-lines and builds network and gets residual network income upon your down-line teams successful deals.
Helps, shares skills with team associates, upgrades himself in skill sets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with Good communication skills, client handling skills.
Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Not Mandatory: Experience with SEO and SEM Strong written, verbal and collaboration skills
Facebook, Instagram, all social media marketing skills added an advantage.
Not Mandatory: Knowledge of real estate sector marketing

7. Company is looking for serious associates/candidates who are willing to work hard few months and build their own team and network. Company associates does team work, all associates help each other , and also encourages you to grow and improve your skills through weekly training online/webinars/video conference/zoom meetings.
8.There is transparent CRM (Client Registration Management) system online from company, all clients we registered will be recorded in transparent system, all status of our buyers/clients will be updated to us through official emails for each and every clients which we submit to company.
