Construction activities are progressing efficiently at the aspirational homes at Jubilee Residences, located at the prime, serene and beautiful Guduvanchery replete with Natural beauty. Here’s a concise presentation of the construction status of every block -
A Block - Final stages of outer painting of the building is going on and nearing completion. Work on the path around the block is currently underway. In the Stilt Floor, work in the Car parking area is complete
B Block - The Stilt Floor Car parking work is complete
C Block - Terrace waterproofing and Screed work is currently underway and nearing completion
D Block - Final stages of outer painting of the building is going on and nearing completion. With respect to the internal work in the apartments, it is nearing completion and handing over.
E Block - Block work complete and outer painting of the building would begin soon.
F Block - Block work is complete and the work on the Terrace is currently underway.
G Block - Block work is complete and the work on the Terrace is currently underway
H Block - Final stages of outer painting of the building are going on and nearing completion. With respect to the internal work in the apartments, it is nearing completion and handing over. In the Stilt Floor, work in the Car parking area is nearing completion.
