Hi, all. I’m Kazuki. It’s Friday and happy weekend. Have you decided where you will go? Many options, like go travel, hang out with your friends, go theater. Then, I suggest one of options to go to Select City Walk, a big mall in Delhi.


This is a big mall in Delhi. Many shops there and you can enjoy shopping very much regarding of anything like food, cloth, watch, cosmetics, all of them! The shops are luxury, so you have to pay more than usual.
When you go food court, you need to get card which is for only food court. Without it, you cannot eat anything. You can eat traditional Indian food, fast food and so on.
Have you heard Japanese shop opens? It’s Mujirusi. This shop is famous among Japanese and I’m not sure Indian know it or not. It sells stationery, cloth, goods which help your life.


Select City Walk is worth visiting. If you get tired and want to enjoy break time, it’s going to be a good place. I recommend you go there if you are interested in it.

Hi, I’m Kazuki. How are you going? For me, it’s going well. Anyway, today’s topic is Korean real estate. I’ve met many Koreans in India. The big phone company, Samsung makes business in India. Indians use Samsung than iphone because it is more cheaper, but if we use iphone, Indians admire us and try to buy with cheaper price.


As same as other countries, Korean properties are shortage, so the owners have much power and rights. The Korean laws promote this bad situation. The law allows people to rent house without payment/month if they pay the money half as annual house fee in advance. In addition, the money will go back to them. We might think it is advantage for only people who want to rent properties, but it is not true. In the past, interest rates were 10%. If you deposit, you can get much profit. However, the interest rates are 1% now and remains this law and system. That’s because the owners can take advantage of this law in a bad way. As I mentioned before, the payment will go back when people leave from house. Some owners cheat them by getting back fewer money. Therefore, this law makes residents confused and in trouble.


Koreans are struggling in finding their house without any problems. The cause is law doesn’t prohibit the owners’ bad action. The Korean government should make better this situation, otherwise the situation of real estate will collapse.

Hi, I’m Kazuki. Today’s weather is so comfortable, isn’t it? Well, I got to Starbucks, met French and were excited because I hadn’t seen many French. As same as people from out of Asia cannot recognize Chinese, Korean and Japanese, I couldn’t recognize British, American and French. At the time, I thought he was American and asked where he come from, then he answered, “I’m French.” I was surprised and declared to observe people carefully to myself. Then, I am going to write about French real estate.


France is the biggest tourist country. At the behind, French government protects historical building and apartment by making laws. Thanks to it, you can enjoy the historical sight. On contrary, it is difficult to build new one.
French buildings don’t break for a long time, so as older building cost much. Moreover, most apartment are no vacancy and house fee is going to rise on proportion. If this situation continue, lower income people cannot find any houses. To solve it, government make a law that people can rent money from government without extra interest. This law used to give us strict conditions, but now even middle-class people can rent it. On the benefit of it, people can purchase their own houses.


French government protects old sight of French. Once historical building is nothing, it won’t get back because it is special and only one. furthermore, government gives chance to get house for poor nations. Government is chosen on the behalf of nations, so it must follow nation’s will and act for nation’s happiness. As considering from this view, French government works well. I hope most of government is going to be like that.

Galleria Market is for above middle-class people. It consists of 3 floors and fountain locates at the center of the market. Many people gather around fountain to talk, eat something, be relax. You can visit many kinds of shops, food, clothes, stationary and salon. As for food, I recommend you eat egg roll. Shop assistant star fry dough by oil and crack the egg. At this process, the outside of it is going to crisp and inside is going to mild. You should try it. Moreover, Starbucks is established these days. People who live around Galleria Market had to go to MG Road if they want to visit there, but now they can visit easily. On the contrary of it, shops bankrupt easily, so you may not visit same shops if you don’t visit there for a long time.

Hi, all. I’m Kazuki. My one of hobby is eating, so when I am in Japan, I used to go to food court. In food court, we can choose food from many shops. Then, I searched where the food court is and found lovely food court in Huda City.


Huda City locates on the end of metro station on yellow line. It might be long distance if you live in Delhi, but it’s good place for resident in Gurgaon.


When I enter to Food Court, I’m surprised at many shops. I haven’t seen the wonderful sight in India. You can eat a lot of things, like curry, hamburger, ice cream... Many kinds of people stay there, students, lovers, workers... If I didn’t work, I would stay here for a long time.

The price of real estate is going on increasing because the number of properties are shortage. To solve it, president of UK issued the law, “Right to buy.” It urges developer to discount the price of property for long stayer, so long stayer can purchase the house with cheaper price. Then, developer has to build new building, but less than half of them have built in fact. It causes short of property and increase of house fee.
Moreover, demand for school dormitory is increasing. The British education is popular, so many students gather at UK from all over the world and simultaneously the school dormitory is short.

There are three types of house in India.
1, Condominium. This style is common in Delhi. Residents share the house by floor.
2, Apartment.
3, Service apartment. If you chose this style, housekeeper cleans your room up and does laundry.


You have to pay attention for choosing house because condition of house in India is not good.
1, Owner will help you when the problem come about?
