After successfully managing projects like 114 Avenue, 68 Avenue, 83 Avenue, VSQUARE Development Company Pvt. now comes forth with its own Mixed-Use Development Project in Gurgaon called 81A-Venue. This unique project slated for development in Sector 81A of Gurgaon comprising of a mix of Service Apartments, Hotel and High End Retail Stores is destined to change the City’s Skyline. Vehicular access to the project is through a boulevard, leading up to the main drop off beyond which the project is completely pedestrianized for ease and safety of shoppers and children alike. Vehicular parking in the project is provided in a three level basement. The two storied retail component at 81 A-Venue is the primary crowd magnet of the project. It is designed as a high-street market with shaded streets for pedestrians with mist cooling technology; making 81A-Venue an all year round shopping haven. A series of specialty restaurants and a food court is provided on the second floor with a landscaped outdoor seating space with adequate shading. The elegant tower which rises above the retail market accords controlled access to the 86 Serviced Apartments and an 89 room Hotel. The tower has large double-height landscaped terraces provided at every three floors for community use. All apartment units are provided with huge terraces which facilitate natural ventilation, lighting and even shade during summers. All apartment units are equipped with three fixture bathrooms, adequately sized bedrooms and an open kitchen. The hotel with main lobby and reception on the 17th floor can be accessed through the transfer lobby at the ground floor. The public level of the hotel accommodates a multipurpose hall, business centre, a lounge and a restaurant. The Hotel’s gym facilities and swimming pool are provided on the terrace to capitalize on the view. To sum it up, 81A-Venue is poised to become a future masterpiece, one that is perfect in every sense.
