Levidia Infra Group

One of the key problems the society is facing these days is the shortfall in quality affordable housing. Housing affordability is a multidimensional issue which involves income, housing prices and housing availability. There is a vast gap between the price of the house/ flats available in the market and income of the prospective customers. Low wage employment, high market housing costs, the lack of affordable units, and the overall high cost of living contribute to the problem. Levidia Infra Group has emphasizes to bridge the gap of Housing affordability and cater those in housing needs. There is a growing demand for quality and affordable housing. Our key objective is to provide quality housing at affordable cost with delivery at record time. Our current focus is in the national capital region and would be moving to other states in next one to two years.
