Which one do you find a better developer?

If you have invested in either of the Developers, how was your experience - while living in their developments/projects, and in terms of appreciation on investment with DLF and Lodha.

Dlf is winning by going deeper and concentrating in the market, it knows best- Delhi NCR (specifically Gurgaon) and has a solid and steady rental income from its commercial developments.
Lodha believes in diversify into different markets other than Mumbai- like Pune, Bengaluru and now NCR.
which one is going to perform better depends on how they understand and behave in the next Housing cycle.
