✨ Elevating a Heritage Terrace — Sibsagar, Assam ✨

What once stood as an unused terrace is now thoughtfully transformed into a contemporary rooftop hospitality space, designed to celebrate warmth, materiality, and movement.

Built using PUF panel architecture and curated through a refined palette of textures, soft geometry, and ambient lighting — this project balances structural efficiency with an elevated spatial experience.

Design Intent & Features
🌊 Kinetic fabric ceiling — gently undulating like ripples in water, responding to natural breeze and creating a dynamic ceiling plane.
🪵 Directional flooring layout — subtle route-pattern geometry that guides circulation and enhances spatial legibility.
🎨 Chromatic seating clusters — introducing energetic colour blocks to break monotony and encourage social interaction.
〰 Fluid wave-form seating — inspired by riverine movement; sculpted to soften edges and promote organic gathering.
👧🧒 Dedicated children’s corner — integrating family-friendly functionality without disrupting the dining experience.

Designing a kids’ bedroom always has its own special charm. The excitement lies in curating little details that not only bring life to the room but also add joy to a child’s heart and imagination. A thoughtfully designed space shapes the way children begin to think, dream, and perceive their world.

Here, we have created two bedrooms for 9-year-old twins—siblings who are so similar, yet beautifully different. The girl’s room reflects her love for pink and all things chirpy, radiating warmth and playfulness like her personality. In contrast, the boy’s room celebrates his fondness for football and his favorite shade of blue, giving it an energetic yet cozy vibe.

Keeping their age and unique preferences in mind, both rooms are designed to spark creativity, comfort, and individuality—while still carrying a sense of harmony as part of one home.
