Health

Medical staff on the premises, 24 hours a day to make sure you get help when you need it. If required Licenced Nurses can arranged for any duration. The cost of personal care will be added to the montly mantainence charged.

The Medical room on premises is equiped with common, over the counter, medicines. Medical staff is also well versed with first-aid response situations. Regular check-ups can be arranged monthly or quaterly on the premises, so you can keep track of your vitals.

Weather you need to visit a physician or a hospital for an emergency, the Service Vehicle is always available to take you there. The cost of Service Vehicle usage will be added to the monthly mantainence fee.

There will be a single button access to the main gate security from each unit, so its easy to reach out for help in case of emergency.

CC TVs installed at all common areas including stairs and Yoga and Activity Rooms, Hallways, Parking area etc. and watched contineously to make sure there is no security breach weather day or night.
