✍️ Layout / Master Plan Sanction Approval of overall site plan (roads, open spaces, plots, amenities). Given by the planning authority/municipality. Ensures the project fits into city master plan & zoning regulations.

👉Building Plan Approval (Sanction Plans) - Sanction of detailed architectural drawings that ensures compliance with FSI, setbacks, height limits, zoning.

👉Work-Specific Construction Approvals like Lift Approval, Boiler/DG Set Approval, Labour Welfare & Safety Approvals, Explosives Dept NOC are also needed depending on the project.
